Projects and evidence are stored in your signed-in account. You choose what goes into each downloaded client packet.
What the service stores
Handoff Studio receives your account identifier, name and email through Sign in with Google. It stores project details, asset records, notes, uploaded proof documents and payment references so you can return to your work and use your export license. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We also store session expiry, IP address and browser information for account security.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Handoff Studio stores payment identifiers and license status, not card numbers. Checkout sends your account email and a purchase reference to Stripe.
Private documents and exports
Uploaded files are private by default. Selecting “Include in client packet” adds a document to your downloadable ZIP; it does not publish the file or email it to anyone. Internal notes are excluded from both the HTML index and JSON manifest. Review document contents before sharing: a receipt may contain personal or billing information.
Service providers
The website uses Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting, database and private file storage, and Stripe for payments. These providers process the data necessary to run their services. This app does not send uploaded evidence to an AI model for analysis, and does not install advertising trackers.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views and page performance without analytics cookies. The current analytics configuration for this domain excludes visitor data from the EU.
Retention and deletion
Project records and evidence remain until you delete them or request removal. The workspace lets you delete a document or a whole project. Deleted files are removed from active storage; provider backups and operational logs may have separate retention periods. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting, dispute handling or other applicable requirements.
Requests and questions
Contact the seller to request access, correction, a copy of your account data, or account deletion. Deleting account data may remove your ability to retrieve projects or prove your export entitlement; downloaded packets are independent files.
